Contact that office and ask them for help or guidence as to who may know of restaurant investors. It's much better to have a referral than calling on an investor with a cold dall.

Search on google for crowd funding and you will bring up a list of new sites where you list your business and people will fund you if their interested. Be patient here though as this usually does not move to fast.
